Registration for the Mariam Joy project started with the Mariam Foundation at Augusta Victoria Hospital for Birzeit University students

Mariam Foundation has recently launched Mariam Joy project at Augusta Victoria Hospital, providing a unique opportunity for Birzeit University students. The project aims to offer care and support to children who are staying in the hospital, especially those who come without the accompaniment of their parents.

With the goal of filling the children's hearts with joy and happiness, the project enlists university students to act as escorts for the children during their hospital stay. The students offer their assistance to the medical staff, creating a second home for the children and allowing their families to focus on their responsibilities.

As part of the project, Birzeit University students can choose one day a week to accompany the children during their hospital stay, in exchange for a scholarship. This opportunity is available throughout the academic year, and the students can select a day that aligns with their educational program.
