A specialized training in critical care nursing was designed with experts from Hadassah medical center to equip Augusta Victoria Hospital (AVH) nurses with the essential critical care nursing competencies necessary for safe and quality performance of nurses.  The critical care nursing program used blended learning in which the nurses completed the Adult CCRN certification through the AACN online modules as well onsite clinical critical care nursing training in Hadassah medical center. The main instructors and coordinators of the training were from Hadassah medical center as well as AVH.
