Augusta Victoria Hospital recognizes the vital importance of ensuring high efficiency in patient care. This is greatly influenced by the nursing staff, who make up 35% of the hospital's workforce and play a crucial role in patient care. 

The hospital is committed to continually improve the skills of its nurses through educational courses and advanced training. 

The Nursing department at Augusta Victoria Hospital is made up of over 160 male and female nurses, many of whom hold bachelor's degrees in nursing from various universities and a significant number of whom also hold master's degrees in various nursing specialties. 

These highly skilled nursing staff are dedicated to creating a trusting and supportive atmosphere for patients, their families, and colleagues in other departments, and work towards meeting international standards and fulfilling the needs of patients.
